The Mind Body Spirit Festival returns to London’s Royal Horticultural Halls, Victoria from 25th–30th May 2011, bringing together the great and the good of the holistic world to present some 73 workshops over the six days, alongside a diverse array of market stalls and a range of activities and therapies to enhance health and wellbeing and recharge your spirits.
Presenters include New York Times bestselling author Laura Day (USA) who will share pioneering techniques for harnessing and developing instinct and intuition; psychotherapist Chris Linnares (also from the USA) introducing Diva Dance for women’s self-empowerment; Leah Bracknell, TV actress and yoga teacher, presenting Yoga for Life; and leading holistic scientist Dr David Hamilton who reveals findings from his new book The Power of Contagious Thinking. Other big names include Diana Cooper, David Wells, Ursula James, Robert Holden PhD, Vianna Stibal and Barefoot Doctor.
The festival also features an eclectic range of over 80 performances and demonstrations, music concerts, talks and regular meditation, yoga, tai chi and dance sessions.
