    Good work dude. Awesome interview.

Came here via Tao Bums. I’m working on a Tao Te Ching “for the western mind” as we speak, after recognising many of the same things as in your mission statement. This interview has definitely helped reinforce my understanding so thanks. 😀

great advice. the idea of soft as water require high level of understanding…. but if you think of water as a flowing object that can go anywhere, can turn to anything …. then it is a simple yet very deep philosophy.
I want to ask master Yuan about how to meditate sufficiently…. as it is hard ,just free your disturbed mind alone, so how can we stay focus our mind to be ONE with Nature???
Many thanks. I admired master Yuan as a martial art expert as a philosopher too.
